Let's say you brought me something like this:

"...after discussing the referendum for twenty minutes, the committee agreed to accept the proposal with no modifications. This will turn a new page in the history of RW Berget Inc. The C.E.O. announced that this will be good news investors and should attract more investments in the business. Now another development..."

There are three levels of wordsmithing I could do at your request: editing, revising, and rewriting. Let me show you what each one offers.

Editing. For when you just want to tune up a document (usually for in-house use):

"...after discussing the referendum for 20 minutes, the committee agreed to accept the proposal with no modifications. This will turn a new page in the history of R. W. Berget, Inc. The CEO announced that this will be good news to investors and should attract more investments in the business. Now, another development..."

Revising. For when you want to look better than average (usually for investor relations or public info).

“…after a 20 minute discussion of the referendum, the committee accepted the proposal with no modifications. The CEO announced that this historical moment for R. W. Berget, Inc. will be good news to current investors and should attract many more. Another development of late…”

Rewriting. For when you want your reader to do something in response (usually for sales and marketing).

"...after passionate deliberation for a good portion of an hour, the committee embraced the new plan without changing anything. Immediately afterward, the CEO of R. W. Berget, Inc. proclaimed this forward-reaching moment as a beacon to all who would like to share in a near ground-floor opportunity. Not to be outdone..."
